Thomas Home Improvement and Design LLC, located in Appleton, WI serves the entire Appleton and Fox Cities area for your complete remodeling and handyman needs. We are fully insured and can handle projects of all sizes. Owner Jeff Thomas has 40 years of experience from simple fix-it projects to extensive additions and remodeling jobs. He can also act as the project manager, running your project efficiently and coordinating subcontractors to keep things on schedule.

What sets us apart?

  • We take our time to put together your estimate including both allowances for the design elements you will choose, and labor, which typically comes in close to what was predicted. This ensures that your estimate is actually a very calculated and well-planned guestimate as to what your project will cost. (However, additions to the scope of the project or unexpected discoveries that could crop up when remodeling, could affect the cost of the project and those are outside the best possible efforts we use when trying to provide an accurate estimate)
  • We are a great fit with working with any size budget a client may have. We use our resources to help give advice and direction to help make the most of your investment.
  • We do not mark up the cost of materials used in your project and when you receive an invoice, you will see a copy of the actual cost of the materials purchased. We want you to know we are being completely honest with you.
  • We want to be able to provide great service and deliver a finished product that we expect in things we invest in. Jeff and his wife Connie, consider themselves to be down to earth Christians that want to do the best that they can to help you get what you are looking for. Though Connie does not work for the business, as a wife with 18 years of experience working for a local interior designer, Carol Smits, she assists Jeff in client consultations and uses gems she has learned to help in design choices.
